I always had problems with learning new or leaving old habits. So I wrote myself this simple helper. And it looks like - it works! I can compete with myself, see my progress and I can use it everywhere (many times I remember to add notes to my excel sheet, when I was already in bed).
So throw away your excel sheets, planning calendars and pencils or whatever you using and install Habbeat!! I cannot guarantee 100% success, but it's much better, than ever before! Try it!!
